Headkick Martial Arts is a private 1:1 coaching business headed up by myself, Harry Shaw. I offer 1:1 coaching in Kickboxing, Boxing and MMA for adults, teenagers and kids. I also provide small group sessions.

Training in any martial art provides an engaging route towards fitness, and helps build confidence, discipline and mental toughness in any individual. It doesn’t matter your experience level or reasons for doing it. Whether you’re just wanting to get fit, learn how to defend yourself and gain some confidence, or whether you’re looking to compete at an amateur or professional level, I’ve got you covered.
