“Headkick” Harry Shaw

I’m “Headkick” Harry Shaw, a former professional MMA fighter.

My martial arts journey began at the age of 14 with Muay Thai. I quickly fell in love with the sport and was introduced to MMA at 17. Since then, I’ve travelled the world to train with some of the best coaches and athletes in the sport — from top gyms in Thailand, to the UFC Performance Institute in Shanghai, and Great Britain Top Team in the UK, where I spent the majority of my professional career.

From 2017-2022 I competed on the UK Muay Thai and MMA scene, representing England at lightweight for the IMMAF World Championships 2021 in Abu Dhabi. From 2022-2026 I competed on the professional MMA circuit, primarily for Cage Warriors amassing 17 total fights with a 90% finish rate. Now fully focused on coaching, I bring that elite-level, battle tested experience and knowledge into every class I teach.

Training should be hard-working but also genuinely enjoyable. From complete beginners right through to seasoned pros, the right balance of challenge and enjoyment helps everyone improve.
