“Headkick” Harry Shaw

I’m “Headkick” Harry Shaw, a professional MMA fighter. I started training in Muay Thai when I was 14 years old and immediately fell in love with it. At 17, I was introduced to MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) by current Head MMA coach at the UFC Performance Institute Shanghai, Dean Amasinger who I was under the tutelage of for 5 years. Over the years I’ve spent time out in Thailand to learn the art of 8 limbs at Sitsongpeenong gym from Lumpinee stadium champions, and travelled all over the UK to train with the best athletes and coaches in the sport. I currently train out of the prestigious Great Britain Top Team gym, headed up by former top 5 ranked UFC bantamweight, Brad Pickett. From 2017-2022 I honed my craft competing on the UK Muay Thai and MMA scene, capping off an amateur career representing England at lightweight for the IMMAF World Championships 2021 in Abu Dhabi. I currently compete on the Professional MMA circuit under Cage Warriors, having altogether amounted 14+ fights with a 90% finish rate.
